Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Neurophysiologist with experience in intraoperative monitoring to join our growing clinical team. Craniotomy experience is strongly preferred, as this role will support a range of neurosurgical cases including tumor resections, aneurysm repairs, and cortical mapping. Ideal candidates are CNIM-certified (or eligible) and confident managing high-acuity monitoring independently.

  • Recognize and respond to critical changes in neurophysiological data
  • Communicate clearly with surgical and anesthesia teams during procedures
  • Document case findings thoroughly and in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with supervising neurologists (remote or in-person)
  • Mentor junior technologists as needed

Qualifications

  • CNIM certification (preferred) or eligibility required
  • 2+ years of experience performing IONM independently
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring craniotomy procedures
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and case management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different surgeons, workflows, and hospital environments
  • Willingness to participate in early-morning or occasional after-hours cases

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and full benefits package
  • Exposure to advanced neurosurgical procedures
