Description *Job Requirements **Position Summary*Employee Health promotes the health and safety of all healthcare workers at SRHS. The Employee Health Supervisor provides oversight for daily functions of all Employee Health offices. The Supervisor provides guidance to all RNs, LPNs, MAs, OHTs, PARs related to Employee Health policies and procedures and clinical questions. The Supervisor manages call ins, low census, and staffing adjustments for all RNs, LPNs, MAs, OHTs, PARs. The Supervisor also has direct supervision of all other staff in the absence of the Director. The Employee Health Supervisor coordinates new hire clearance and appointments. The Supervisor also coordinates drug screening programs for new hires and current associates. *Minimum Requirements**Education** Bachelor's degree in Nursing*Experience** 1 year charge or leadership experience, 5 years clinical experience required. 1 year occupational/employee health related experience.*License/Registration/Certifications** N/A *Preferred Requirements**Preferred Education* * N/A*Preferred Experience* * *E*mployee health or occupational health experience 5+ years*Preferred License/Registration/Certifications ** N/A *Core Job Responsibilities** Daily supervision of all RNs, LPNs, MAs, OHTs, PARs* Daily supervision of clinical and nonclinical operations* Manages call ins, and schedule changes for all RNs, LPNs, MAs, OHTs, PARs* Supervision of all other staff in the absence of the Director* Assists with hiring and disciplinary decisions* Communicates policies, protocols, and procedures with leaders as requested* Approves UKG for all staff as needed* Reviews and documents new hire lab results * Provides education, assessment, and follow up for positive QFTs per protocols* Communicates new hire clearance and processes with recruitment* Coordinates drug screen programs for new hires, associate surveillance, and random testing * Performs, coordinates, and trains staff in Breath Alcohol testing* Fills in for EH staff in the clinic as needed* Produces DHEC/DNV and other regulatory documentation as requested.* Presents EH new hire leader education in the absence of the Director* Performs ReadySet administrative duties- setup, logins, scheduling* Epic Super User provides training and coordinates with lab* Coordinates flu vaccine clinics supplies, staffing, and functions. * Monitors vaccine refrigerator/freezer temperature/software, and intervenes as needed* Orders vaccines and medications for the clinic* Coordinates onboarding new hires for acquisitions[]( []( []( [](Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS) offers a full spectrum of services through four hospitals: Spartanburg Medical Center, Pelham Medical Center, Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care and Union Medical Center.
