Come and join the Southwest Network Team so you can experience this great opportunity! You will facilitate or assist in the facilitation of Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and conduct observations and assessments of youths using developmental and/or mental health assessment tools and trauma screenings. You will work in members' homes and out in the community, maintaining regular contact with foster families, caregivers, group homes and shelters to assess the needs of assigned youths and assist youths/families in securing needed services.
