This is a highly responsible Career Service position at the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities whose role includes but is not limited to supporting individuals served through the Supported Living Program. This position is responsible for connecting clients to supports and services for success in the Supported Living Program and for monitoring client health and safety when indicated. This position also assists with emergency management activities. The position provides ongoing technical assistance and training to Supported Living providers and engages with community partners and stakeholders to support individuals in living in their own homes. The Work You Will Do Coordinates, prepares for, and facilitates quarterly supported living provider meetings.
