Terminal Support Technician White Plains, NY Direct Hire $55,000-$60,000

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, escalating complex technical issues when necessary.

  • Provide remote training and onboarding for users on our payment processing platform

  • Assist users with troubleshooting common issues such as login problems, connectivity challenges, and general user errors

  • Respond to multiple live chat sessions concurrently

  • Ensure timely follow-up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction

  • Meet performance expectations related to quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, specifically terminals/payment processing.

  • Skilled in providing live chat-based technical support with a strong focus on timely and effective resolutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering clear, concise, and professional chat responses
