Support Technician - Columbus McKinnon Corporation : Job Details

Process chain through automatic and manual clevis assembly stations, cut chain, Mark Measure Machine, Floor Scales, assembly line by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set-up and operate all chain cutting workstations. Set-up and operate all Clevis Assembly stations. Perform minor maintenance on machinery used. Cut and build assembly samples for customer orders. Assemble products using various hand tools. Pack Chain and parts by weight utilizing Scales. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
