Agency: 220 DISTRICT ATTORNEYS COUNCIL

Supervisory Organization: DAC District 12 Fin

Location: Claremore, OK

Status: Part Time, Immediate Opening

Closing: Open Until Filled/Specific Date

Hourly Rate: Commensurate With Experience and Qualifications

Position Summary: We are looking for a multitasker with excellent customer service and people skills. This position performs a variety of administrative duties. This position also provides customer service to the public, Judicial Offices, Attorney's and other Courthouse staff.

Job Description: This position requires data entry in computer system, answering phones, preparation of documents, preparation of files, pulling of files, and filing in files.

Education and Experience: High School or GED equivalent. Preference for prior legal and/or office experience.

Knowledge and Skills: Prior office experience, excellent computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, willingness to learn all aspects of the office. Knowledge of Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Knowledge of Justware. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
