Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of related administrative procedures
- Purchasing experience
- Indirect or similar experience also accepted
- Manufacturing background (preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) (preferred)
Essential Functions:
- Perform and coordinate administrative tasks (word processing, document preparation/management and file maintenance as required) related to the daily activities for the department
- Coordinate preparation of records such as agenda, notices and minutes for department management team weekly meeting
- Assist with department budget, training records, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies and record retention
- Coordinate management workshops
- Maintain department web page
- Maintain time administration for management
- Create purchase orders and processes invoices to Accounts Payable
- Handle special projects related to the department
- Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, meeting documentations, and video conference for members of the department
- Support management to maintain target achievement and task completion as assigned
- Handle confidential information and material
- Monitor and communicate to managers deviations on Budget Variance reports, forecasting reports, and SAP activities for the department
