Support Services Manager - Home Care - Seattle Children's Hospital : Job Details

Provide daily management, mentoring, and oversight of Business Information team, Customer Service team, and Administrative Supervisor responsible for Health Information Management. Responsible for identifying, correcting, and analyzing data in order to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and applicable State and Federal law. Work collaboratively with Home Care department and Director to evaluate and onboard quality and cost effective equipment/supplies/medications. Manage assigned database(s) for a department. Assure integrity of the data for current and future use in continuous quality improvement efforts. Responsible for understanding and identifying business problems and issues, recommending systems solutions, and assisting with implementation. Supports continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values. Required Education and Experience.
