In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, open IT support tickets, and assist with ownership documentation and system operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers high-quality customer support across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and route them to the appropriate department or vendor
- Log all support requests by opening I.T. Team Track tickets
- Provide support for internal applications and system processes
- Assist Vehicle Purchasing Agents and Managers with purchasing and system-related issues
- Deliver consistent, quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in testing for system updates and enhancements
- Perform validation after production updates
- Respond to general inquiries and troubleshoot issues for Auto staff
- Report on service and operational metrics
- Assist in payment processing for high-value vehicle purchases
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Tools Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and intermediate to advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce
- Strong system navigation and troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment
