Support Operation Analyst - Data OperationsAustin, TXWe need a person who worked in payment domain support project with third party bank help desk team to resolve the payment card transaction issues. He/She should have prior L1 support experience in payment domain. Who can issue physical devices for Apple employees like MacBook / iPad/iPhone etc for testing. Please check if someone who worked as an L1 in banking system.Wallet, Payment & Commerce (WPC) Operations team is seeking a Platform Support Analyst to support the global Asset management program.•Identify outdated and anomalous test card (PCI) data and work with our external Issuing Bank and Network Partners to procure new data that meets engineering requirements.•Manage enhancement requests and feedback provided to developers working on expanding one of our tools that will be leveraged globally.•Identify missing physical asset inventory such as test devices and physical POS terminals that are used by internal and external teams.•Organize physical assets within the Asset Management storage closet.•Partner with Global Security and other Compliance teams to transition physical asset tracking and management into a more sustainable and compliant tool.•Collaborate with global Asset Management and Business Operations teams to streamline processes from a global and sustainable perspective.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
