Examples of specialized experience includes Knowledge of knowledge of Government Purchase Card regulations, policies, procedures, or other instructions relating to the specific functions assigned. Knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures, or other instructions relating to the specific functions assigned. Familiarity with one or more automated databases to enter, correct, and retrieve recurring reports, and to structure and retrieve specialized reports. Knowledge and ability to analyze problems, reconcile account statements, and resolve discrepancies. Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard clerical assignments and to resolve recurring problems.OREDUCATION: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations, practices and procedures pertaining to motor vehicle operations to include driving off base and may include some flight line driving.3. Knowledge of entry and processing of transactions in an automated system i.e. CARE, and or G0-81. Knowledge of common clerical office procedures and routines.
