Supply Quality Aerospace - Global Connect Technologies : Job Details

Job Description:

•Drive APQP activities at suppliers.

•Minimum 5+ years relevant experience is mandatory

•20% domestic travel required.

•Follow up with suppliers on part development in a timely manner.

•Educate suppliers about the Parker PPAP/FAIR and other quality requirements.

•Evaluate PPAP documentation and align with Parker Quality requirements.

•Conduct onsite PPAP audits at vendor ends.

•Analyze quality issues at the supplier end and work on RCA and corrective action closure.

•Supplier query resolution, and if required, connect with the cross-functional team to ensure the query gets resolved in time.

•Constant follow-up with suppliers to ensure they support all work transfer activities (FAI, PPAP, etc.) in a timely manner to support on-time completion of work transfers.

•Provide weekly updates on work transfer progress.

•Assist the Tactical Team with sort/containment activity due to purchased component issues.

•Quickly develop skills pertaining to supplier quality tools available for job execution.

•Liaison activity between the supplier and the Parker customer on RCCA.
