About Technical Operations
BioMarin's Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists, and support staff build and maintain BioMarin's cutting-edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinate the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.
Supply Planning Manager - Cork or Dublin (Hybrid role) Closing date: 31st July 2025
Reporting to the Associate Director Global Supply Planning, the Supply Planning Manager in the Global Planning Organization ensures the availability of finished goods to fulfill demand by managing stock levels, stock provisions, and modes of distribution in conjunction with demand planning, commercial functions, and manufacturing operations. This role is accountable for delivering a feasible volume-based supply plan for assigned products and business units, assessed end-to-end with exceptions highlighted and aligned with inventory entitlements. The Product Planner plays a key role in the execution of the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle and supports the improvement of processes, systems, tools, and capabilities within the organization.
