Job Description

• Assist in managing supplier relationships, escalation points, and product sourcing strategies, including planning, cost targets, contract negotiations, and coordination with management, marketing, and business strategy teams.

• Drive cost savings and process improvements, presenting and implementing initiatives and tracking progress.

• Support business continuity, lead pricing competitiveness, quality, and operational flexibility across major projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third parties to ensure product compliance with relevant standards and certifications for target markets.

• Work with sales and marketing teams to analyze supply and demand, market environments, and identify opportunities, challenges, and risks.

• Assist in managing vendor relationships, including cost/contract negotiations, business strategy planning, capacity reviews, and NPI project ramp-up.

• Coordinate with Engineering and oversee project aspects such as requirements, schedules, and supply availability to optimize cost, flexibility, and efficiency.

• Promote awareness of alternative products and processes impacting the supply chain and manufacturing.

• Source commodities to ensure supply chain continuity, operational flexibility, and high quality.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure product compliance and necessary certifications for target markets.

Requirements

• Experience in contract manufacturing operations
• Strong business communication skills, including verbal and written communication, effective phone communication, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with OEMs
• New graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business
