Responsibilities

• Advise on improving efficiency in the finance cycle of manufacturing/supply chain finance
• Develop finance operational excellence in product costing, inventory and cost management, and production variances processes
• Develop financial planning excellence in capital expenditures, budgets and forecasts
• Advise on enabling technologies and implementation for manufacturing/supply chain processes related to finance
• Lead large projects and innovate processes
• Maintain operational excellence through strategic advising
• Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
• Develop and lead top-performing, diverse teams
• Provide technical proficiency and strategic advice
• Validate project outcomes and incorporate client feedback
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness for manufacturing/supply chain finance cycles
• Knowledge of manufacturing/supply chain operational processes and business acumen
• Understanding end-to-end process from at-plant to above-plant

What You Must Have

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
