Job DescriptionYou will be the Supply Chain Planner for the Production, Planning and Control team. The Production Planning & Control (PP&C) organization is a critical component of Lockheed Martin's manufacturing operations, responsible for developing and executing plans to produce high-quality products on time and within budget. As a key enabler of production success, PP&C teams work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize production schedules, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production of make parts, procured parts, and executed processes to meet production schedule requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize material flow, analyze production schedules, and drive supply chain efficiency.Your responsibilities will include:•Performing Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions•Maintaining production systems integrity to drive inventory optimization and minimize cost•Coordinating with manufacturing, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient material flow•Analyzing and controlling production schedules and capacity requirements•Executing plans and providing timely status updates•Maintaining MRP parameters, including lead times and lot sizes•Collaborating with Engineering and Change Board Representatives to make changes to the BOMTypically this role requires a bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience.Why Join UsWe're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Planner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.Basic QualificationsCompleted bachelors degree focused in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field with 2+ years of professional experience; or a related Masters degree. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $66,000 - $114,425.
