We're a NYC-based dog health startup that makes cleaner, better dog health products by combining human-grade ingredients with veterinary research.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for an Supply Chain Manager who has an unbeatable work ethic and gets excited about building and improving systems. The ideal candidate is incredibly detail-oriented, great with numbers, and is an A+ communicator.

What does the role entail

  • Manage inventory & production: Track stock levels, place and track purchase orders, align production timelines, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Be main point of contact for suppliers: managing lead times, negotiating terms, etc
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors
  • Build SOPs, dashboards, and workflows that improve visibility across the supply chain
  • Constantly look for areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a high intensity or relevant work environment
  • Very strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and assertive communicator
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently
