Supply Chain Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations
Direct Reports:

- Supply Chain Coordinator
Primary Function:
This role coordinates the logistics of the supply chain, including demand planning, management of raw materials, logistics from the hub, and RMA management. The supply chain manager aims to minimize shortages and control costs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage headcount requirements calculations to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the supply chain team follows processes that guarantee a smooth material flow to the production line.
- Resolve issues across the supply chain.
- Communicate with customers regarding demand plans, orders, and requirements.
- Optimize warehousing processes.
- Develop people and promote continuous improvement.
- Coach coordinators and supervisors to focus on delivery and productivity.
- Foster team development through training and cross-functional training.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, instructions, and work regulations of various management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT, OEA, automotive standards, and company-specific manuals). Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, quality, environmental, health, safety, security, and information security standards (SER, EICC, CTPAT, OEA). Ensure personnel under your responsibility adhere to all applicable policies.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 5-7 years of managerial experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing environments.
