Our client is a Private Equity owned Blown Film Manufacturer on a rapid acquisitional growth path. Currently approaching 100MM in revenue with a goal to at least double in size, The role of a Supply Chain Manger is urgently needed. This is an opportunity to join a great employee culture and help implement newly established policies and procedures.

This role involves coordinating with suppliers, procuring all raw material inputs, managing inventory, and ensuring that production schedules are met efficiently and cost-effectively. We need someone who is detail oriented and collaborative. This role is about implementing new processes as well as having a continuous improvement mindset and finding opportunities to optimize the work done.

WHAT WE NEED:

• Willing to live in the Dallas Texas area
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in supply chain management, preferably within the plastic manufacturing or polymer industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
