We're looking for a strategic leader to manage and improve the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process across multiple business units with our manufacturing client. This role will drive alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans, and lead cross-functional collaboration to support business goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of the SIOP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process.
- Facilitate monthly executive planning meetings, presenting scenarios and driving decisions.
- Collaborate with teams across supply chain, finance, sales, marketing, and R&D.
- Act as a key liaison between planning teams and transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementation.
- Support scenario planning and provide detailed analysis of trade-offs (cost, service, inventory).
- Manage short-term projects and cross-functional teams to support planning and system improvements.
- Contribute to the development of supply chain strategy.
- Support talent development and succession planning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in SIOP, demand planning, or supply planning.
- Strong knowledge of SIOP/IBP processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
