This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing overall supply chain and operations strategy to maximize process efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement towards standardization, and ensure sustainability in the supply chain. This role will work closely with HUS operations, Continuous Improvement Leadership, and Hubbell Corporate leadership to drive standardization, support effective inventory management, and achieve customer service levels.

  • Manage a team of Supply Chain Analysts.
  • Provide leadership, communication, and oversee the rollout of supply chain processes, procedures, and technology maturity (including SAP) to drive standardization and optimization, including governance and sustainment.
  • Manage and monitor supply chain KPIs (service, inventory, etc.), identify root causes, opportunities, and risks, and facilitate cross-functional reviews with continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead projects using project management methodologies, with regular updates, and incorporate change management practices such as communication, training, support, monitoring, and focus group engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong global relationships across business, corporate, and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to business process improvements and communication as standardized practices are implemented and sustained.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers across sites to ensure clarity of objectives, understanding of responsibilities, and tracking of progress.
  • Prioritize and manage workload across multiple assignments, embracing continuous improvement.
  • Support standardization of tools and processes impacting the supply chain.
  • Document business processes and procedures.
  • Assist in developing medium- and long-term supply chain strategies.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement to strengthen end-to-end processes.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience with proven change management, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP software, preferably SAP.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze data, utilize business intelligence, and solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and across teams, influencing others effectively.
  • Capable of managing tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on data integrity and process discipline.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
