This role is responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor relationships, and forecasting to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations that support field activities across all service lines.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals
• Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment across service lines
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations
• Forecast supply needs based on job schedules and upcoming operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with field supervisors, operations managers, and accounting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (oilfield services strongly preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proven track record of reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
