Overview

Lutron is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Data & Analytics to lead a growing team focused on turning data into strategic insights that improve operational performance. This position is based out of our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, and in this high-impact role, you will help optimize our global supply chain by leveraging advanced analytics and collaborating across functions. By harnessing the power of our robust data infrastructure, your insights and leadership will contribute directly to maintaining Lutron's position as a global leader in smart lighting and shading systems. Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of the data product development process, including discovery and intake.
  • Enhance the flow of actionable and operationally relevant information across internal teams and external customers.
  • Analyze operational performance in relation to customer sentiment to identify trends and drive continuous improvements.
  • Design and implement new or improved operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain centralized, authoritative sources of truth for all operational data and reporting.
  • Standardize visualization methods for operational information to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Lead and supervise a team of data product leaders who are each responsible for a specific portfolio of analytics within Lutron's supply chain group.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, with at least 2 years in an analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
  • Proven understanding of supply chain and operations processes.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, or Power BI/Tableau.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with engineering to help convert technical capabilities into user viable solutions.
  • Experience managing analytics projects in an agile environment.
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data product lifecycle, and self-service analytics principles.
  • Experience supervising one or more team members preferred.
