Location: Hybrid - Texas Health Resources; 612 E. Lamar Boulevard Arlington, TX 76011

Hours: Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

• Lead development and implementation of supply chain projects across THR entities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
• Manage data analysis and performance metrics to optimize supply costs, utilizing THR financial systems.
• Negotiate with vendors, coordinate contracts, and oversee compliance and savings initiatives.
• Maintain and manage contracts, including project-specific and organizational agreements.
• Provide regular reports on project status and financial performance to leadership.
• Build relationships with clinical and administrative staff, and lead committees and councils related to supply chain management.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Supply Chain Management degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain, healthcare experience preferred. Skills in contract negotiations, cross-functional leadership, and healthcare IT/analytics are advantageous.

• CPMSM preferred; CPM or CMRP advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Objects, financial analysis, negotiation, and public speaking.
