Supply Chain Management Internship - Southern Tire Mart : Job Details

Responsibility: · Learn different aspects of the tire business · Assist assigned location with anything necessary · Participate in hands on training in different roles throughout the company · Develop network of resources and assets within the company to assist with future positions in the company · Learn to effectively utilize point of sale system (MaddenCo)

• Initiate meetings with their supervisor to regularly discuss and receive feedback on their progress in the training program
• Fulfil all learning and assessment requirements of the training program, ensuring these are submitted on time
• Listen carefully to feedback, and avoid internally refuting or categorically defending themselves against feedback they perceive to be negative
