Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Engineer (Hybrid)

Location: Lafayette, IN (Hybrid – Tues, Wed, Thurs in-office; Mon & Fri remote)

Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM CST

About the Role:

Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain logistics and material flow within a facility? We're looking for a Supply Chain Planning Engineer to focus on the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) area of the business.

In this role, you will design and manage the flow of parts from suppliers through receiving docks, warehouses, and internal processes, all the way to the production line. You'll be instrumental in setting up systems that adjust lead times, packaging, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain PFEP plans that detail how parts move through the facility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, shipping & receiving docks, and logistics teams
• Set up and update system parameters such as lead times and packaging requirements
• Work closely with MRP/ERP systems and use standard tools like Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Google Chrome
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and inventory management

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain functions within a facility environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's considered
• Open to candidates with more experience without a Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of logistics processes within a facility
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus
• Power BI experience is a nice-to-have (currently a gap on the team)
• Experience with Oracle or Tableau is a plus
• Ability to relocate to Lafayette, IN by Day 1 if not local
