As our Supply Chain Director/Manager (depending on experience), you'll be the cornerstone of our supply chain team, honing processes and procurement to perfection. You'll ensure the ERP system is a well-oiled machine, leading to accurate MRP demand. With your expertise, strategic supplier relationships will not only be initiated but nurtured, and cost reductions will be negotiated with finesse. Your role is critical in streamlining procurement processes compliant with the AS9100 Quality Management system, directly contributing to the operational excellence that Astrodyne TDI is known for. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Spearhead forecasting and data input within the ERP system to optimize MRP demand.
• Lead the supply chain team with a focus on supplier selection and cost reduction initiatives.
• Guarantee timely material deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a pivotal escalation point for vendor management and expedite raw materials procurement.
• Innovate and refine procurement processes, aligning with AS9100 compliance.
• Deliver insightful reports on Supply Chain KPIs to senior management, driving strategic decisions.
• Strategically manage international shipments, ensuring freight cost targets are achieved.

**What You Bring to the Table:**

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and enhance the supply chain team's capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for advanced analytical functions.
• Flexibility and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
