Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Data & KPI Analyst (SME) to join the Requisition to Pay (RTP) Center of Excellence team. The selected candidate will leverage deep expertise in supply chain data analysis to guide improvements in data validation parameters and key performance indexes (KPIs) across global business units. This role supports ERP deployments (SAP S4HANA) and requires cross-functional collaboration, advanced data analysis, and process enhancement skills.
Job Responsibilities: - Effectively collaborate in a matrixed team supporting global ERP (S4HANA) deployments
- Guide improvements in supply chain data validation parameters using deep domain knowledge
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data from multiple sources
- Design, implement, and maintain databases and analytical solutions (Excel, Power BI, Python, etc.)
- Identify patterns and trends in complex datasets for business improvements
- Develop and optimize data collection systems and processes for validation and KPI accuracy
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct training on data validation parameters and KPI usage
- Ensure compliance with data governance, access control, and company policies
- Support integration and migration of data sources in coordination with technical teams
- Apply data visualization techniques to derive and present actionable insights
- Communicate effectively and adapt to shifting priorities and fast-paced changes
Required Skills: Minimum 5+ years experience in supply chain procurement/planning and data analysis within ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4HANA, Peoplesoft) Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role within supply chain Expertise in reporting packages, databases, and analytical programming Strong understanding of data governance and master data administration Ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to define and implement global data standards Preferred Skills: - Experience in conducting workshops and training on KPIs and data validation

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
