As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Systems Control, you will provide purchasing and administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Management teams. This is an onsite postion in Iron Mountain. MI. #LI-AO 1 A Day In The Life Supports Buyers and Purchasing Clerk in issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries for materials, supplies, equipment and outside services Receives acknowledgements, tracks late deliveries and communicates with suppliers Supports Purchasing Clerk with updating and tracking supplier quality issues in the NCN process Support Purchasing Clerk to maintain and updates material and vendor information in Syteline; including pricing, lead time, and min/max levels Assists the Material Specialist and Buyers with adding/removing items from Kanban and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Maintains a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required Assists Accounts Payable by processing invoices for payment Supports Material Coordi...Supply Chain, Coordinator, Solutions, Supply, Support, Utility, Manufacturing
