About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Austin team. This is a hands-on role to start, focused on U.S. shipping operations and 3PL relationships — but designed for long-term growth.
The right candidate will learn our systems from the ground up and develop into a global supply chain leader, managing logistics across multiple countries and continents.
Key Responsibilities (Initial Scope)
- Manage cross-shipments of tap handles through our Los Angeles 3PL
- Oversee air freight shipments routed through 3PL partners
- Process and release webstore orders for tap handles
- Manage UPS account and optimize shipping services
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments
- Verify and reconcile freight invoices
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping/delivery issues across the U.S. and Canada
- Pick and pack occasional web store stock handle orders
Growth Opportunities (Future Scope)
- Expand from U.S. logistics into global supply chain management (China, Spain, UK, Canada, and beyond)
- Gain exposure to international freight, customs compliance, and ERP (NetSuite) integration
- Support supplier coordination and demand planning across multiple geographies
- Develop into a Global Supply Chain Manager, overseeing systems, vendors, and worldwide operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 1–3 years' experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination (internships valued)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Interest in international business and global supply chain systems
- Comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting and moving cases up to 40 lbs for order fulfillment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance bonus opportunity
