Your work will ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high performance across all stages of the supply chain. Responsibilities: • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to reduce waste and maintain product availability • Evaluate supplier performance, maintain relationships, and negotiate contracts • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and reduce operational costs • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance supply chain performance • Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and logistics Qualifications and Requirements: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Understanding of logistics and supply chain best practices • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field • 1–3 years of supply chain or logistics experience Benefits and Perks: • Payrate: $24–$29 per hour • Medical, Vision, Dental available • 401K and Referral Bonus Program • Career Development and Advancement Opportunities Your New Organization: Play a critical role in our client's success when you become a Supply Chain Analyst. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
