This role partners with cross-functional teams to lead monthly forecasting, prepare accurate financial projections, analyze variances, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, along with expertise in procurement and supply chain systems.Key Responsibilities:Data & Financial Analysis: Gather and analyze supply chain financial data from ERP and accounting systems. Lead monthly forecasting processes and partner with cross-functional teams to prepare financial projections and analyze variances. Prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports, charts, and dashboards summarizing findings for decision-making.Procurement & Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely, accurate payments and resolve payment issues. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with supply chain metrics. Work with procurement agents to refine estimated delivery dates.Supply Chain Operations: Support forecasting and analysis of materials and sales deliveries. Identify opportunities for process commonality across business management teams. Revise data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Financial Planning & Risk Management: Develop and manage budgets for procurement activities. Forecast future spending and align procurement plans with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages and logistical challenges.Required Experience: 5+ years in supply chain or procurement. Experience in procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Nice-to-Have Experience: Experience with SAP/S4Hana Supply Chain tools. Supplier or subcontract management background. CPSM or equivalent certification. Power BI or other business intelligence tools.Required Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of procurement best practices and financial regulations. Ability to apply statistical and analytical techniques to large data sets.Preferred Skills: Supplier performance monitoring. Experience in process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of ERP and accounting system integration.Additional Skills: Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods.
