Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst at Hoonigan is to drive data-based decision-making across our supply chain operations. This role will be instrumental in creating and maintaining KPIs, enabling automation initiatives, managing data improvement strategies, and working cross-functionally to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and monitor key supply chain performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to drive operational improvements and strategic decisions
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes across the supply chain, implement approved projects
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality, integrity and consistency across the business and system. Develop strategies for data governance and implement best practices for ongoing data management
  • Work closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Procurement, IT and Finance to ensure alignment
  • Provide actionable recommendations that support cost reduction, service improvement and strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain reports, analytics, action recommendations, dashboards using platforms like Alteryx, Tableau and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, related field or 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics and data analysis
  • Experience in use of Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems and databases (e.g., SAP, SQL, AWS)
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive automation
  • Strong analytical proficiency
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, problem solving and communication skills
