Job Description:As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability by managing demand forecasting, supply optimization, and operational logistics for a specific product category. This role works closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, Business Management, and Operations, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. You will leverage tools such as Excel, SAP, and proprietary systems to track forecasts and performance metrics, ensuring timely order fulfillment and supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities:•Ensure product availability to meet forecasted demand and deliver customer orders on time•Manage and operate weekly demand forecasts by SKU/site level and update short-term forecasts for 6 months•Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate impacts from new product launches, promotions, and events into demand plans•Track and process customer orders weekly to ensure on-time delivery and monthly sales target achievement•Coordinate with HQ and manufacturing sites to align production schedules with demand requirements•Monitor order-to-forecast alignment to minimize ATS inventory and reduce aging•Develop AP1 forecasts for a 12-week to 9-month outlook by account and product group•Analyze and publish daily/weekly supply chain performance reports and dashboards•Review production schedules and staffing to determine material and personnel requirements•Requisition and maintain necessary inventory levels to meet production and sales objectives Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:•Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field•Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and strong verbal and written communication skills•In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and forecasting methodologies•Strong analytical thinking with curiosity to investigate and solve problems•Experience with Tableau and Alteryx preferred•Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment•Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer/client information documentation accuracy•Familiarity with manufacturing costs, materials, and relevant shipping/production regulations•High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years of related work experience expectedThe hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $50.00/hr.
