Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support supply chain, purchasing, and data entry functions. This role is key in ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth order processing, and inventory management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inventory transactions including job issues, stock adjustments, and related activities.
  • Manage digitization and organization of records (delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.).
  • Maintain and issue job paperwork such as job travelers, picking lists, sales dispatches, and manifests.
  • Enter new orders, update existing orders, and maintain order accuracy in the ERP system.
  • Build and maintain records for aftermarket services.
  • Maintain inventory and procurement data within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate subcontract purchase orders and jobs, ensuring timely stock processing and shipments.
  • Update and manage master data parameters including compliance codes, shelf life, and inspection requirements.
  • Generate and review MRP housekeeping reports (inspection clearance, received but not transacted, invoiced but not received, etc.).
  • Prepare and report supply chain KPIs.
  • Process customer price inquiries.
  • Manage job processing in alignment with build and shipping schedules, escalating risks or deviations as needed.
  • Oversee safety stock and consumables, including reordering as required.
  • Generate and manage serial numbers for products.
  • Support purchase order management, including placement, expediting, and delivery tracking.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and inventory transactions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain processes.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
