What You'll Do

  • Lead Account Execution: Manage all aspects of account operations, ensuring alignment with customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) and account management plans.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Engage regularly with global customers and internal teams, using your exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain high-quality service delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze and Innovate: Conduct root cause analysis, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement proactive solutions to minimize service disruptions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Create Value: Identify opportunities to grow revenue through new and existing business, while executing strategic initiatives to deliver long-term value.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize advanced platforms for workflow management, business intelligence, and customer reporting, including preparing and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate Globally: Participate in discussions to share and adopt best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Handle EDI issue resolution, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and administrative standards.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee resource and equipment planning to ensure efficiency and measurable outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Project Management, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative abilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions) and the ability to transform data into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with workflow management platforms (e.g., Infor Nexus) is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication skills to engage professionally with colleagues, vendors, and customers at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for driving improvements and delivering results.
