Role Description:

Suppliers Primary Evaluations, PCPA audits, Technical Sign-off, APQP Implementation, Risk assessment and mitigation plan signoff, Design review, Tool Kick off, Tool Development Tracking, Fixtures / gauges / Tools readiness review / execution

Tool Trails, As T0, T1, T2 and T3

Parts Fitments Report & Corrective Actions

Approval For Fit & Functions? ECN /FETE implementations

Testing & Validations

Safe Launch

PSW Sign-off

Smooth SOP + Ramp up

Final Development Handover

Supplier Performance Enhancement Excellence in Delivery

Around 40 % travel to various suppliers' location

Essential Skills:

-Heavy Engineering Product exposure

-Exposure to forging, casting, machining, sheet metal fabrication and standard hardware

-Good understanding about material standards, AWS welding standards and reading the complex engineering prints.

-Good exposure to sheet metal design and manufacturing aspects, GDT, design for manufacturing concepts

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Supplier Quality Engineering related to heavy machinery
