• Lead supplier non-conformance and corrective action processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Provide quality engineering support to operations projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet required quality standards.
• Conduct statistical analysis and utilize PPAP requirements to maintain product quality.
• Manage and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a quality-related role.
• Technical knowledge of automotive engines, drivetrain, and related parts is a plus.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and PPAP requirements preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills required.
• Experience with Kaizen and project management is a plus.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer Certification highly preferred.
