Join the team supporting NASA's Space Launch System (SLS)-the most powerful rocket ever built and a cornerstone of NASA's Artemis missions to return humans to the Moon and eventually reach Mars. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate and timely data within NASA's Common Supplier Data Tracking (CSDT) system. Watring is a subsidiary of Cimarron. Watring Technologies, Inc. is a Huntsville, Alabama, technology-based design and manufacturing company specializing in custom hardware and turnkey solutions. With this acquisition, Cimarron gains substantial capability in both expanded service and product offerings. Key Duties:

  • Receive and verify the completeness of Supplier ADPs (Approved Data Packages) before scanning.
  • Scan ADP documents with high fidelity to ensure legibility and data integrity.
  • Index and categorize scanned files in accordance with CSDT data structure and metadata requirements.
  • Upload scanned documents into the CSDT system within established timelines.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned content.
  • Coordinate with data management and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain secure handling and storage of both physical and electronic ADP documents.
  • Provide regular updates on scanning progress, issues encountered, and completion status.
  • Support program reviews and audits by ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
  • Work closely with procurement and data management teams to ensure seamless integration of scanned documentation.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
  • This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.   • Experience with document scanning, indexing, and metadata tagging.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and electronic file handling.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
  • Proficiency with standard office and scanning equipment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • 1 or more years of related experience.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Experience working in government, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with NASA programs or the CSDT system.
  • Background in procurement or quality document handling.
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline.
