This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours are 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to:

  • Ensure that standards of operation are in compliance with the standards set by all regulatory agencies.
  • Be responsible for a significant budget as well as assist in the ongoing hiring, training, and supervising of staff.
  • Possess a wide range of knowledge of ever-changing instrumentation, equipment, and techniques.
  • Provide instruction on new products, procedures, and equipment to ensure the best possible support for our customers and the highest possible care for our patients.
  • Have basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Have basic knowledge of Tracking Systems and OR Scheduling Systems.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
  • Two years of experience in reprocessing (Required)
  • Six months of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience (Required)
  • One year of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certification by HSPA as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification by CBSPD as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (Required)
  • HSPA Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) Certification or Certified Supervisor from CBSPD (Preferred)
