Supervisor, Risk Control Services - Great West Casualty Company : Job Details

Coach, mentor, and develop a team of risk control representatives Assure quality work standards for a team of six to eight risk control representatives Complete monthly file audits and provide feedback to representatives Assist representatives with on-site surveys of motor carrier operations Write reports regarding findings of surveys, and design loss-prevention programs based on those findings We are looking for candidates who have: A bachelor's degree preferred. Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience with an emphasis on coaching, development, and training. Minimum of 7 years in a professional level risk management, loss control, or safety position, preferably with commercial fleet experience or insurance risk control experience. Solid risk management, customer service, and communication skills.
