Overview The Supervisor assists the department manager in the supervision, coordination and management of personnel in assigned area. Participates in all recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, scheduling, evaluation, performance improvement and competency assessment of employees. Assists in the maintenance of professional practice standards. As the Rehabilitation Supervisor you will oversee clinical operations and support a multidisciplinary team providing outpatient services for patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
