Responsibilities:Located on the Community Regional campus, Burnett Extended Care Center is our brand-new 154-bed transitional care facility., the Admissions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process and facilitating a smooth, timely transition for residents entering the skilled nursing facility. This role manages referrals, directs the work of admission staff or coordinators, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and pre-admission reviews. Working collaboratively with referral sources and interdisciplinary teams, the supervisor monitors bed availability and placement logistics. Additionally, this position provides leadership to the admissions and guest relations staff, fostering a professional and compassionate environment that promotes positive experiences for residents, families, and visitors.Qualifications:Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field preferred Experience• 4 years of admitting and registration experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting required• Previous supervisory experience in the healthcare industry/setting preferredDisclaimers:
