Provides or Assists in providing, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services with Residents of the facility . Services may include but are not limited to crisis management, individual and group counseling, assesment, Training planning, MDS, discharge, planning, case management, linkage, referral. Responsibilities 1. Accept and support the board of directors philosophy of care 2. Prepare and provide clinical relevant interventions 3. Intervene with problematic disruptive behaviors 4. Respond to Crisis per facility policy and procedure 5. Follow and help Maintain and enforce all facility rules and regulations 6. Complete all documentation as required by federal, state, local and facility policies 7. Assist in the over-all functioning of the behavior health unit 8. Attend and Participate in all team meetings and supervisions as scheduled by the PRSD 9. Report all signs of resident abuse or neglect immediately 10. Respect and enforce all resident rights 11.
