Supervisor Practice - Corewell Health : Job Details

Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction . Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Qualifications. Associates degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Preferred. Two (2) years with recent relevant experience in healthcare, medical practice or related work Required.
