The Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics business provides leading naval computing infrastructure, network and data distribution, and middleware enterprise services, along with world-class manufacturing and support capabilities.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of an assigned manufacturing area.

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned manufacturing area.
• Ensure product and service quality through proper resource utilization and adherence to standards.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Lead issue resolution activities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
• Promote continuous improvement using best practices such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Maintain and improve safety standards within the area.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate team members.
• Support and promote the organization's mission, values, and culture.
• Participate in internal and external customer meetings.
• Contribute to special project teams and support new product introductions.

• Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven technical expertise with practical application.
• Experience with Industrial Engineering concepts and 5S/6S techniques.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO, AS, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
