Renown Health is seeking a Supervisor of Lab-Support Services – Client Services to lead the essential front-end operations of our 24/7 Clinical Laboratory.

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll oversee the collection, handling, and delivery of laboratory specimens, ensuring every step is performed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. You'll supervise a dedicated team, help drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with lab leadership to improve processes and patient outcomes.

🧬 What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support lab assistants and couriers

• Ensure timely specimen collection and delivery across inpatient & outpatient areas

• Make operational decisions related to staffing, workflows, and policy development

• Promote a positive patient and team experience while maintaining safety standards

• Assist in direct patient care as needed

📝 Minimum Qualifications:

✔️ 3+ years of clinical lab or related medical experience (acute care preferred)

✔️ Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

✔️ NV Lab Assistant License (or application within 6 months) or Point of Care License

✔️ Valid NV or CA driver's license
