Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performs all routine imaging procedures including Nuclear Cardiology, dynamic flow studies, and SPECT according to policies and procedures established by the nuclear physician.
  • Administers radioactive materials to patients and performs and records required quality control to maintain license.
  • Utilizes the designated Radiology Information System (RIS), Patient Archiving System (PACS), as well as computerized time keeping and ordering systems.
  • Duties include supervising more than 10 technical and clerical staff members across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine program. Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Texas Medical Board Medical Technologist General Certificate; NMTCB or ARRT (NM), or registry eligible.
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association.
  • 5+ years of technical experience, including regulatory and quality control responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to use computer keyboard and basic programs to generate department reports.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Documented leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare sciences, business, or human resources.
  • Kelsey-Seybold experience. PACS and RIS experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Pay is based on various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (eligibility applies). The salary range for this role is $71,200 to $127,200 annually, based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
