Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supervisor-Mission Integration and Spiritual Care to join our team. The Supervisor-Mission Integration & Spiritual Care will assist, in collaboration with the System Manager of Mission and Spiritual Care, in leading the Market in the areas of Mission and Spiritual Care; promoting spiritual programs and activities that support HSHS mission, core values, Catholic identity, and strategic goals. This position works collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, volunteers, patients/families as HSHS advances its strategic plan toward better health by addressing our human potential, nurturing physician alignment, expanding our site of care transformation and achieving a unified organization. - Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday - Location: On-site in Southern IL market, based in O'Fallon, IL - Compensation that aligns with your experience.
